a little sewing table, a chair and some thrifted tableware...

Look at this darling two drawer vintage sewing table...

I decided that she would be perfect in pink.
"Verbena" from Sherwin Williams to be exact...

Here's the cute little drawers...

She looks so pretty in pink and has a very soft distressed finish along the edges.
All she needs now is a cute little craft room to call home.

I was also very lucky to get 3 of these dainty little chairs (thank you Sharol!)...

I've only painted one so far.
White of course...

I thought my Simply Shabby Chic pillow was the perfect accessory for her...

She's found her place with my little blue desk in our living room...
(you can read about the desk here if you like)

I was so excited when I found those pretty plates hanging on my wall.
I was thrifting one day and found 12 of them for $7 bucks.
that's about .58 cents each for those of you who hate to do math like me :)
I loved the beading and scalloped edges. One of my favorite finds!

It always feels good to get the little projects done and pulled together.
You can find my Facebook page: Mimi's Vintage Charm and keep up to date with my latest projects.

Thanks for stopping by.

  4. What a sweet little sewing cabinet and even sweeter after a little pink paint! And that chair! My mom had two that were her mom's. I wish I had them as they look so much better with a bit of paint and a pretty fluffy cushion!
    Happy 5th Pink Saturday Party!
